Residential Conveyancing Solicitor / Fee Earner / Conveyancer / Paralegal
Job Description
Well established and well-regarded Bradford/Kirklees based high street solicitors practice requires Conveyancer, preferably with at least 4-5 years fee earning experience / PQE to handle a mixed caseload of conveyancing/property work. However, we are happy to consider applications from all candidates of varying experience/PQE who are able to demonstrate the skills necessary to fulfill the role
The ideal candidate will have a good understanding and proven track record in conveyancing/property, excellent communication, customer service and organisational skills together with the ability to meet tight deadlines
A good team player, but, also the ability to work on own initiative. The ability to manage own caseload of varied conveyancing transaction to include freehold, leasehold, new-build and re-mortgage from start to finish
Must display a willingness and dedication to undertake duties to achieve results of a high standard and be able to build strong relationships with clients and intermediaries/estate agents.
A willingness to be involved in marketing and business development opportunities if required.
