Conveyancer (Qualified Fee Earner) - Remote/Hybrid - Residential Property

A small but highly committed Residential Conveyancing firm is looking to expand its team with the addition of a qualified Conveyancer (Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Legal Executive) with a minimum of 2 years' post-qualification experience (PQE).

The Role



You will manage a varied caseload of residential property transactions, including freehold, leasehold, shared ownership, and new build properties. This role is ideal for proactive team players and self-starters who are able to manage their workload independently within agreed working arrangements.

They also offer the opportunity to work on more complex transactions with guidance and support from a senior legal professional, as part of our commitment to your ongoing professional development.

Key Responsibilities



Manage your own caseload in line with firm protocols and targets

Proactively and efficiently manage transactions and client expectations

Provide clients with clear, high-quality legal advice and exceptional customer service

Communicate effectively with solicitors, estate agents, referrers, and other third parties

Utilise the firm's case management systems and relevant portals

Essential Skills and Experience



Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or Legal Executive with a minimum of 2 years' relevant PQE

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to explain complex concepts

High attention to detail and a strong sense of personal accountability

Excellent time management skills and the ability to coordinate multiple tasks and deadlines

Ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced environment

Commitment to continuous professional development
