Residential Conveyancer
Job Description
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Residential Property Solicitor (3+ years PQE) to join a well-respected, independent law firm in Clifton.
With over 100 years of local heritage this firm has earned its reputation for quality service in the South West, and its residential conveyancing team is one of the busiest and most well-regarded in the region.
Manage a broad and varied caseload, including:
Sales and purchases (freehold, leasehold, registered, unregistered, shared ownership, new build)
Re-mortgages, transfers of equity, equity release, and lease extensions
Right to buy transactions
Take ownership of files from instruction through to completion, working closely with clients throughout the process
Work within a collaborative and supportive team environment across 12 offices in the region
Full-time, office-based position
