The Opportunity:

Their busy and well-regarded conveyancing department is seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join the team. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled individual to manage their own caseload while supporting the wider department during peak periods.

Key Responsibilities:

Managing a full caseload of residential property matters from instruction through to post-completion, including sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, and leasehold transactions. Providing support to colleagues and assisting the wider team as required. Maintaining excellent client care throughout the transaction process. Communicating effectively with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other legal professionals. Ensuring all work is compliant with SRA regulations and firm procedures.

Candidate Requirements:

Prior experience within residential conveyancing is essential. Strong ability to handle a varied caseload independently. Excellent communication and organisational skills. A collaborative and proactive attitude. Commitment to delivering high standards of service and professionalism.
