Designed with residents in mind, this vibrant community will offer top-tier amenities and services. As a phased development within an established estate, ensuring a seamless and high-quality customer experience-especially in the early stages-will be key to its successIf you're committed to maintaining high standards and resolving issues efficiently, this role is perfect for you.

• Location: London, SW11
• Annual Salary: xc2xa330,000
• Hours/Working Pattern: 4 on 4 off, 7pm-7am

• Welcome and Assist: Greet residents and visitors warmly, making them feel at home. Handle queries and assist with maintenance requests.
• Problem-Solving: Address issues promptly, from maintenance to emergencies, and escalate concerns to the building manager as needed.
• Security: Conduct regular site walk-arounds, check IDs, and monitor CCTV to maintain building safety.
• Parcel Management: Handle and record deliveries for residents ensuring a smooth communication and pick up.
• Maintain Presentation: Keep the concierge area and lobby looking presentable.
• Safety Checks: Looking out for H&S hazards on site patrol, Assist with fire alarm, emergency lighting, and smoke vent testing.
• Local Knowledge: Offer advice and recommendations about the local area to enhance residents' experience.

• Experience as a concierge is a plus, but a strong customer service or security background is equally valued.
• Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal.
• Health & safety qualifications are advantageous but not essential.
• A positive, can-do attitude, attention to detail, and the ability to handle responsibilities with care.
