Join Our Team as a Children Support Worker!

Bedford, Bedfordshire

Join a new and dynamic childcare provider dedicated to therapeutic support to children and young people in a residential setting. With experienced senior leaders in the business we will be able to offer a safe space for children to thrive.

Responsibilities:

Provide therapeutic support to children and young people in a residential setting Implement therapeutic interventions to address the individual needs of each resident Collaborate with colleagues to create and maintain a therapeutic environment Support residents in developing coping skills and emotional regulation techniques Provide guidance and support to staff in implementing therapeutic strategies

Requirements:

Experience in therapeutic approaches and residential childcare Passion for making a real difference in the lives of children and young people Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Schedule:

1 on 2 off rolling rota

26,000 - 28,000
