We currently have opportunities in our busy Customer Contact Centre, based in our lovely central Norwich Head Office. As part of our team you'll be involved with
Handling incoming calls for our holiday brands and booking holidays with travel agents and direct clients
Handling incoming calls relating to queries and administration of existing bookings
General Administration relating to holiday bookings
Working hours will be 5 days (full time) or 3-4 days (part time) per week between Monday-Friday 9am-5.30pm and Saturday 9am-5pm
