HOURS:

This position is Full Time,

based on 5 days out of 7 including weekends.





LOCATION:

Galgorm Hotel

SALARY: 12.52 - 14.02 per hour pay scale



About the role:




The main purpose of this position is to act as a sales agent on behalf of our Company, ensuring that you have the knowledge to provide our guests with the best-suited package. You'll be joining a large supportive team of Reservationists, who work together to manage all incoming calls efficiently, providing a high level of customer service to all.



The Reservationist role can be busy & demanding at times, with many areas to the Collection including; The Thermal Village & Spa at Galgorm, Accommodation at Galgorm, The Rabbit Hotel & Retreat, The Old Inn & Roe Park. Our Reservations team manages all Collection bookings and prepared to answer any query that guests may have.

The Position:



The main duties of this position include but are not limited to:





Working within office guidelines to ensure that all guest bookings are accurate. Dealing with all client queries - by phone and online. Maintaining a good knowledge of all the Collection's services and current packages/room rates, in order to deal with daily guest queries and bookings. Identifying and maximising sales opportunities in all client queries/contact. Carrying out Reservations procedures as per the daily checklists. Carrying out any additional administrative duties as required. Working within the guidelines of health and safety operatives to ensure all staff and guests are safe at all times.

The Person:



The successful candidate will have;



Must have previous sales experience. Experience or an interest in the Hospitality industry. Confident IT skills including outlook, word, and excel. A good administrative and customer service background with the ability to demonstrate skills in both. The desire to deliver outstanding customer service. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Warm, friendly, and energetic with great pride in your overall appearance. A flexible approach to work.

Desirable;



Experience working in a call centre environment 9 months of experience working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment as an administrator, Sales Agent in the hospitality industry.
