Apply by: 20/03/2025Role DescriptionWe welcome applications from well-qualified postgraduates who wish to carry out research into Sustainable Agricultural Systems and the Green Economy.About the RoleThis is an exciting role which involves close interaction with water utilities, a fertiliser company, innovation technology providers and academia, funded by the Ofwat Innovation Fund. It entails a novel process in waste water treatment which produces a biostimulant able to improve crop growth by regulating the release of nutrients from organo-mineral fertilisers. This project will involve setting up glasshouse and erosion studies to evaluate efficacy of the biostimulants.
