Hours of work: 37 hours per week, normally worked Monday to Friday. Flexible working will be considered.

Salary: Full time starting salary is normally in the range of \xc2\xa337,337 to \xc2\xa341,406 per annum

Role Description

About the Role

We are seeking to recruit a highly motivated and engaged Research Fellow within the Centre for Autonomous and Cyberphysical Systems. You will contribute to a large team in research activities under the Centre specifically concerning the specific activities of EPSRC Future Networks Hub research in developing new platform for 6G technology, digital twin, wireless communications, networking, and connected autonomous systems, demonstrating research synergy from the consortium and wider UK in our platforms.

About You

You will be educated to doctoral level in a relevant subject and your skills & knowledge will mean you can contribute to teaching & research activities in (1) 6G technology, digital twin, wireless communications, sensor networking, intelligent autonomous systems, (2) engage with our group, and academics across projects in UK to develop current and future research, and (3) contribute to REF by publishing papers in high quality journals. You will have excellent communication skills as this role will require you to collaborate with the existing staff working in the same group and Centre and have interactions with our collaborators within the university, industrial and defence partners, or other universities.
