We are working with a membership body who drive standards for recruitment business\'s for candidates and themselves.

As Research Executive you will support the Research Manager with the production and delivery of content and materials aimed at supporting activities in the wider department. This will include supporting the Research Manager with running research projects in house, as well as in collaboration with external partners.

As Research Executive you will

• Support the Research Manager with the production of research outputs.

• Take ownership of the day to day operational requirements for their 3 flagship reports, as well as ad hoc research enquiries.

• Work with the Research Manager and colleagues to deliver communication strategies for research publications.

• Support the Research Manager by collecting feedback with the focus of constantly evolving their products and services to reflect the needs of their members.

• Build and maintain good working relationships with external research organisations.

To be successful in the role you will

• Have experience of conducting research, primary and secondary (or one of the two and an enthusiasm to learn).

• Have knowledge of both qualitative and quantitative research methods, research design and ethics and governance.

• Have the ability to undertake secondary research, including establishing search criteria, and compiling and summarising content in an accessible format.

• Have high level numerical and analytical skills.

• Have experience of data analysis and visualisation tools.
