This project will employ optical measurement techniques and CFD modelling to improve understanding of the interaction between mixing and chemical reactions inside micro-mix hydrogen flames.Applicants must have a PhD with experience of laser measurements and CFD modelling with relevance to combustion, fluid mechanics or similar disciplines. They should further have a strong publication record with experience in publishing research findings in international journals and conference proceedings.
