The role:
We are seeking an experienced Administrator to work from our Great Yarmouth Office to answer phone calls and support with general day to day office based administration, full time - 40 hour per week, 08.00-17.00 with an hours lunch.
The role will predominantly be on our grant funded works with various local authorities, working predominantly on Great Yarmouth Borough Council, a contract of approx.5700 properties.
Main Duties:
Liaising with engineers to gather information on required works and parts from appointments
Ordering boiler spares and parts from local merchants
Scheduling work for repair and maintenance engineers
Inputting appointment data to our in-house IT system
Updating clients with completed work reports
Running the spares/parts store area in our offices
You will need:
You will have previous experience of working alongside a team; you will have the ability to prioritise your work and act on your own initiative if required. IT skills, strong communication and customer service skills are essential, previous knowledge in the heating industry and boiler spares would be an advantage.
