As part of our Finance team, you'll ensure that our tenants contents insurance scheme is managed effectively and promoted to tenants and assist in posting all rent charges and transactions. You'll support the wider finance team and key departments within the business in query resolution.

What you'll be doing:

Assisting with timely postings of all rent charges and payment receipts. Providing financial information and guidance for the wider business. Working with the rent control team to resolve queries on a daily basis. Processing rent refunds to tenants. Ensuring correct rent charges are charged to new tenants. Assist with monthly balance sheet reconciliations Promoting, reconciling and monitoring our tenants' contents insurance scheme

What we're looking for:

Great communications skills and attention to detail. Background in social housing or similar environment. Experience of working in a busy finance team would be ideal. An understanding of rent regulations and legislation would be ideal.
