About the role
The Renewal Manager is a high-impact position, where you will be responsible for owning and executing renewals for Growth customers of HiBob. You will resolve a wide range of challenges in creative ways and will proactively renew customer contracts, identifying risks and opportunities, looping in the CSMs to start meaningful conversations.
You will ensure maximum financial results for HiBob while strengthening partnerships with existing customers, and create strong working relationships with CSMs, RevOps, AMs, Commercial desk and other internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth operations.
