Location: Fully Remote
Salary: up to \xc2\xa325,000 DOE
Benefits: Full training, 25 days holiday + bank holidays per year, Pension Scheme, Life Assurance, Flexible working
Hours: Full time (35 hours a week) Mon - Fri 09:00 - 17:00

Do you have experience within customer service?

Have you worked in insurance on the claims side and now looking for a remote position?

Our client is a well-established company who specialise in Insurance claims, looking for an empathetic and professional individual with excellent customer service skills to join their growing company. Ideally, you have experience within motor claims and be looking for an opportunity to build on your existing knowledge in an exciting and challenging role.

Responsibilities include:

  • Taking full responsibility for each individual insurance claim you deal with
  • Being in constant contact with all stakeholders to ensure first class customer service
  • Assisting with settlement of claims
  • Liaising with solicitors and third parties
  • You`ll be involved in investigation and negotiation of claims
