Freelance ADOS-2 & ADI-R Assessment Clinician (Remote)
We are seeking an experienced clinician to conduct remote autism assessments using the ADOS-2 and ADI-R tools. This freelance locum role involves evaluating individuals for Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) through structured diagnostic assessments.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct ADOS-2 assessments with individuals across different age groups. Administer ADI-R assessments to gather detailed developmental histories. Provide accurate and professional ASD diagnoses in line with clinical best practices. Maintain clear, detailed, and timely assessment reports. Collaborate with the Autism team to ensure high-quality assessments.
Requirements:
Minimum of 1 year of independent diagnostic experience.
ADOS-2 and/or ADI-R trained, with at least 1 year of experience.
Clinical qualification and registration in one of the following fields:
Occupational Therapy Psychology (Clinical, Counselling, or Forensic) Mental Health/Learning Disability Nursing PaediatricsRegistered with HCPC or NMC.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients and families. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.Enhanced DBS issued within the last 12 months
(or willingness to obtain one). Candidates on the update service may be fast-tracked.Additional Details:
Schedule:
Minimum 1 day per week (includes a 1-week paid introduction).Pay:
330 - 350 per assessment (freelance/locum basis).Job Type: Freelance
