As one of the Relief Pharmacists your key roles will be to assist in managing the delivery of all pharmaceutical services at branch level. You will be expected to work throughout our 9 pharmacies in Glasgow, Lanarkshire and Ayrshire.
What we look for in our Pharmacists goes beyond great clinical skills. We look to recruit people who can bring real leadership and commerciality to their Pharmacy and inspire their team of staff to exceed targets whilst delivering outstanding customer service skills. You will receive direct line management support from your Area Manager and Superintendent.
What skills and qualifications do I need to be a successful Pharmacist within Willis Pharmacy?
A Pharmacy Degree and Professional Registration as a practising Pharmacist
Community Pharmacy experience with excellent clinical skills
IP qualification preferred but not essential.
Understanding of NHS pharmacy funding and the ability to implement additional Pharmaceutical Services into the Pharmacy.
Ability to deliver excellent Customer Service with great communication skills and a positive, friendly and methodical work ethic
Experience of coaching and developing staff identifying opportunities for improvement
An up to date knowledge of changes within Pharmacy
Full driver's license and access to car
Applicants must be able to work Monday to Saturday as per the Pharmacy rota.
