By joining us, youll have a wonderful opportunity to give something back to those people.In this role, you will take on the responsibility of running an entire home when a Home Manager is absent or when were recruiting for a new one. Each home has performance targets, and youll be dedicated to ensuring these targets are met. Whether youre emphasizing the importance of safety and quality to your team, identifying and addressing areas for improvement, or ensuring regulatory compliance standards, youll always prioritize resident wellbeing above anything else. About YouWere looking for a care home supervisor experienced in working with vulnerable adults. You must have an S/NVQ4 qualification in Health & Social Care. Beyond that, its all about your brilliant, positive energy and natural ability to get along with people. Strong leadership skills are essential, as youll be mentoring and guiding your team to achieve the highest standards of care. Excellent time management and organizational skills are crucial, as youll need to manage multiple responsibilities effectively. Youll be conscientiously accurate in your record-keeping and ensure all documentation is up to date and compliant with regulations. And, whenever you communicate with a resident or co-worker, youll be truly considerate and kind.Youll value kindness above all because it drives every aspect of our Dementia, Residential, and Specialist care homes.
