Relief Farm Manager
Job Description
We are currently recruiting on behalf of our well established client. They are looking for a Relief Farm Manager to provide overall relief cover for Farm Managers/ Assistant Farm Managers as required.
Salary: \xc2\xa338,000 pa
The successful candidate will \xe2\x80\x98live\xe2\x80\x99 Welfare as a Condition in all that they do. They will contribute to the efficient running of the farm and have the opportunity to learn in a \xe2\x80\x98hands on\xe2\x80\x99 environment. Simultaneously, the successful candidate will have the opportunity to grow and development via the bespoke Agriculture Academy. \xe2\x80\x98Growing our own\xe2\x80\x99 agriculture specialists and leaders of the future is something that is extremely important to our client.
This is a mobile role, a company van will be provided so a driving license is essential. Petrol card also provided.
What you\xe2\x80\x99ll need
- Previous involvement in field (Broilers)
- Sound decision maker
- Be prepared to undertake NVQs
- Full driving licence
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Budget management experience
- People Management skills
- Previous supervisory experience
