40hr Contract (+ overtime when covering route)

We are looking for a motivated, reliable individual to join the operations department of our vending business. This is a full-time role with opportunities to learn and develop within the company.

Important:

This role can involve a significant amount of driving and travelling.
You will be providing relief cover for vending routes across a wide geographical area including South West Wales, Aberystwyth, Hereford, Bristol, and surrounding areas.
If you are not comfortable with long-distance driving, early starts, and being out on the road for the majority of the day, this is not the role for you.

About the role:

As part of the operations team, you will be responsible for providing relief cover for our route operators. This will involve visiting client sites to restock and maintain vending machines, ensuring they are clean, full, and functioning properly. When not covering routes, you will follow a deep cleaning schedule to maintain machines across our service area. Early starts are often required to meet client needs, and you will need to manage your workload independently while travelling between multiple locations. A company van will be provided for work use, and full training will be given.

Requirements:

Full UK driving license essential. Must be willing to work overtime when needed, including occasional Sunday shifts. Vending experience preferred but not essential. Excellent time management and self-motivation. Comfortable with early starts, long-distance driving, and a varied workload across different sites.
