Caretaking & Cleaning Services are looking to appoint enthusiastic and highly motivated permanent relief caretakers.
The salary for this post is a Grade 6 which is 13.05 per hour.
Candidates must have the ability to use their own initiative and work as part of a team. You will be required to work throughout the borough for short and long-term placements, this could be 37 hours per week between the hours of 6.00 or 6:30am - 9.30 or 10.00 am and 2.00 pm - 6.00 pm, Monday to Friday, all year round.
This role includes the responsibility of being a key holder, ensuring the environment is secure and sharing responsibility for the opening and closing of the premises. It will also require the attendance of out of hours when necessary in the event of an alarm call. There will also be an element of supervision and some repairs and maintenance. DIY skills would be an asset. A driving licence is needed for this job due to the need to be onsite out of hours when needed.
Relevant experience is an advantage although not essential as training will be provided.
