RELATIONSHIP MANAGER \xe2\x80\x93 Glasgow/Central Belt

Salary: \xc2\xa330,000 - \xc2\xa335,000 per annum

Contract: Fixed term contract (until May 2024)- full-time, 35 hours/week. Open to flexible working arrangements i.e., compressed hours.

Location: Home Based/Field Based covering the central belt.. Candidates must live within Scotland, ideally Glasgow area and must be prepared for regular travel across all areas of Scotland dependent upon to business needs.

Interviews: There will include a competency-based interview and short pre prepped task

Are you an ambitious, driven people person, passionate about raising money to support cancer research?

We are looking for a sales, business development or fundraising professional who is excited to join our hard-working team in Scotland. You will be confident in looking for new leads to maximise on potential income for the charity.

This is a flexible role, where you will be spending approximately 70% of time working from home, 30% travelling around your patch meeting supporters. There will be some evening and weekend working required to attend committee meetings however you will get this time back via our time off in lieu policy.

We\xe2\x80\x99re looking for a natural people person, with excellent relationship building skills, confident in negotiating with and influencing both Corporates and Individuals. You\xe2\x80\x99ll be used to managing conflicting priorities and be adaptable in an environment where no two days are the same.

What will I be doing?

Inspiring, developing and managing supporters to achieve their goals through offering outstanding and tailored stewardship.

Hitting fundraising targets for CRUK\'s life saving research.

Planning and delivering effective rewards and recognition to increase supporter loyalty and income.

Building strong working relationships with other divisional team members

Supporting the development of a prospect pipelines of opportunities and identifying and cultivating leads.

What skills are you looking for?

Excellent networking and relationship manager skills \xe2\x80\x93 and the ability to motivate and influence supporters or customers to reach targets.

Experience of working as part of a high performing team, achieving and exceeding KPIs and targets

The ability and skills to acquire new business and maximise on all fundraising opportunities.

Experience of working unsupervised with the ability to drive and generate own workload

A strong solution focused approach to help supporters overcome any challenges and maximise their fundraising efforts.

Great time management, prioritisation and planning skills.

Excellent communication and presentation skills (face to face, written and phone)
