The Heathrow Employment and Skills Academy, established in 2004, links local residents to job opportunities across the airport through partnerships with \'Team Heathrow.\' The Academy focuses on providing education and skills support for young people in education, and offering employment and skills promote for individuals or groups facing social disadvantage and barriers to education and training. Playing a crucial role in Heathrow 2.0, our plan for sustainable growth, the Academy aims to empower diverse communities in accessing careers within the airport.

In the role of relationship manager, your mission is to cultivate sustainable and trusted connections with various stakeholders in Heathrow\'s multi-stakeholder community. These stakeholders include Team Heathrow partners, educational institutions, Jobcentre Plus, local authorities, business groups, and internal functional teams. As a key player, you will lead the development of a new stakeholder engagement strategy, ensuring that it aligns with our goals outlined in Heathrow 2.0, and implement a plan to achieve these targets effectively.

Working Location

Our agile approach offers the opportunity to combine home working with meetings, events and training at the airport. All roles involve some on-site working each week, so you\'ll need to be based in the UK and within a commutable distance to Heathrow.
