Rowe Price mutual funds and other applicable products in the future.The successful candidate will ideally understand the fund distribution and platform landscape in EMEA and have the skills and attributes to assist in servicing and relationship support activities.The long-term development opportunity for this role is to take on responsibility for selected platforms and to be given responsibility for developing specific distribution and proposition opportunities where appropriate.Principal ResponsibilitiesPlatform relationship and service supportWork extensively with internal teams to deliver sales support activities including compliance, legal, client services and operations, product and pricing, marketing, investment teams. Including significant work in managing the day-to-day relationship with EMEA platforms, supporting onboarding of new platforms, onboarding new funds to platforms with the completion of fund launch questionnaires, RFPs and Due Diligence and where relevant supporting marketing activities.Builds a solid understanding of and relationships with key internal stakeholders supporting delivery of our funds through platforms. Uses these relationships to drive clear process and defined roles and responsibilities to our target operating model for working with platforms. Develops a strong understanding of the applicable investment vehicle structures, commercial arrangements and regulatory and market needs associated with fund/product distribution.Data driven approach. Oversight of Salesforce including platform contacts management, pipeline and fund distribution footprint management, data quality, data and system enhancements, issues resolution for platforms and related to their underlying users/clients. Ability to interprete system data and communicate this to others, explaining the role of platform versus the clients who use their services. Provide input to how our internal tools and systems can be evolved to further develop our understanding of the role of platforms versus our clients.Anticipating needs of relationship managers to aid sales and servicing efforts, proactively managing initiatives and ideas to help drive growth and equip relationship managers with tools/info to more effectively and efficiently do their role as it relates to their client business being directed via platforms.Researching opportunities, staying informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes. Ensure EMEA Distribution Teams have insight into how to work with platforms to develop effective solutions and plan/prioritise efforts with prospects and key influencers across markets segments.Assisting in preparation for relationship and commercial proposition meetings including research, presentations and approvals, development of customized deliverables to address specific questions, follow-up with meeting or event attendees, adhoc queries, collation of performance information, coordinating internal stakeholders and ensuring all action items are followed up and recorded within the CRM system, Salesforce.Working with other RMAs to establish best practice, process improvements and to support the education of the RMAs in how they can support their teams and clients where business is directed via platformsMarket and brand analysisSupport sales in analyzing platform data and in tracking progress on underlying accounts.Liaise closely with EMEA brand and market research functions in planning any research activities, to ensure feedback is captured from key external platforms. Take ownership of actions follow up related to such researchInput to event or campaign planning from a platform perspective, to ensure smooth follow up for new incoming business from any event lead-generationSelected platform events, industry forums and client/platform meetings to then follow up with clients/industry participants and internally as assigned.Project supportThis may include managing various projects of different sizes and complexity, helping determine efficient solutions and ensure that project constraints are taken into account (deadlines, budgets, etc). These will mostly be used for internal purposes, although it can include the occasional project where findings are shared with clients / prospects.PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES / SKILLS / QUALIFICATIONSRequired:Academic excellence with IMC or equivalent qualification3 years + related experience from an Asset Management background.Demonstrated collaborative skills with the ability to establish genuine, strong relationships with internal and external clients, demonstrating high ethical standards in all interactions.Demonstrates strong desire to undertaken relationship management support activities as well as client servicing. Ability to work with clients across the value chain. Enthusiasm to understand and drive improvement through fund distribution value chains.Ability to review data, use CRM and other enablement tools.
