Location: Sutton. Hybrid working is possible for admin tasks.

Contract Type: Agency/Locum (1 month)

Pay Rate: \xc2\xa332 per hour (assignment rate)

Shift Pattern: Part time, 24 hours per week. 09:00 am - 17:00 pm.

Duties:

• Provide a strengths based assessment of needs, and to complete orientation and mobility work in the community
• Work autonomously

Requirements of the Rehabilitation Officer:

• Qualified Rehabilitation Officer for Visual Impairment required to work as part of a small friendly sensory team
• Be able to triage referrals and prioritise and risk assess interventions
• Have good communication skills and be able to effectively document your work
• Be able to travel to the London Borough of Sutton for community assessment and interventions
