SP Energy Networks (SPEN) has kicked off an ambitious security transformation programme to transparently reduce risk, achieve compliance with NIS regulations and deliver a cyber resilient business, the Regulatory Submissions Analyst & Document Controller will be essential in achieving our goals.

As a key member of the Cyber Programme Office, the postholder ensures that frameworks meet regulatory requirements whilst monitoring regulatory developments and updates within the industry as part of risk reporting projects.

A Regulatory Submissions Analyst & Document Controller supports the NIS Programme Office Manager to deliver SPEN\xe2\x80\x99s Regulatory Cyber obligations including RIIO-2 re-openers, PCD and RRP reporting and annual NIS Improvement Plan updates.

What you\xe2\x80\x99ll be doing

Works and collaborates across SPEN to manage and communicate the Regulatory obligations which requires interfaces with a variety of internal and external stakeholders.

Support the NIS Programme Manager to work collaboratively with the Regulator to ensure that delivery plans and submissions are understood and in line with Regulatory requirements.

Oversee and performs the full range of activities associated with document management work on a Projects.

Coordinate execution of the document management plan and procedures.

Collaborates within the department and the stakeholders, to ensure work processes are aligned with project processes, contractual and regulatory requirements.

Ensure document management deliverables are understood and delivered to contract, quality, and schedule requirements.

Ensures the correct implementation, utilisation, maintenance and use of the Document Management processes, systems, and tools.

Relevant HND or Degree level qualification.

Previous Regulatory Submissions Analyst experience.

Proven ability to work within a changing workload to agreed timescales.

Be a proficient IT user on word, Excel and a recognised database software package.
