We are seeking to recruit a results-focused individual to be part of our Nuisance Team. Ideally educated to degree level you will have experience of dealing with nuisance under the Environmental Protection Act 1990.
Reporting to the Nuisance Team Leaders you will play an integral role in delivering our service priorities and play a key role in dealing with a large volume of complaints and enquiries. With suitable training/experience the postholder will be expected to undertake investigation of nuisance complaints and other service requests, as well as caravan site inspections. You will be able to demonstrate a track record of legislative compliance alongside delivering excellent customer service /satisfaction through your excellent communication skills.

A driving licence is essential for this role.
