Job Title: RMN Staff Nurse - Mental Health - Rhondda CF41 (Days/Nights)

Location: Rhondda, CF41

Hours: Full-Time (37.5 hrs/week) - Days & Nights Rotation

Salary: 34,900 - 38,596 per annum + Benefits

### About the Role:

We're seeking a compassionate Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN/RNLD) to join our specialist team in Rhondda (CF41). This is an exciting opportunity for a mental health professional to deliver outstanding patient care in a supportive environment, working a rotational days/nights pattern.

### Key Responsibilities:

? Provide evidence-based mental health care in line with NMC standards

? Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and implement care plans

? Demonstrate excellent knowledge of the Mental Health Act

? Deliver patient-centric care with strong therapeutic engagement

? Work effectively within a multidisciplinary team

? Maintain accurate clinical documentation and records

### Essential Requirements:

? Active NMC Registration (RMN/RNLD)

? Minimum 3 years' post-qualification experience in mental health settings

? At least 12 months post-qualifying experience

? Thorough understanding of mental health legislation

? Excellent organisational and clinical skills

? Flexibility to work both days and nights

### Desirable Skills:

- Experience in specialist mental health areas

- Additional training in therapeutic interventions

- Mentorship qualification
