Registered Nurse Qualification (RMN/RNLD) with a Valid NMC PIN To be a team player, ready to collaborate and work closely with multifunctional teams To be self-aware, seeking support and advice when required Good listening and rapport building ability To be able to organize and prioritise your time Caring nature, dedicated to providing the highest level of patient care

We are able to support people who are detained under the Mental Health Act (MHA).

Our LD and autism wards have been recently NAS accredited (National Autistic Society). They recognise the excellent, safe, responsive and caring environment and practises that support patients. The care and treatment reviews have also highlighted multiple areas of good practice and this is in recognition of the care and innovative care pathways and reduction in multiple transitions into non-secure services.

Our shift patterns are ;


Day shift is 7.25am-7.45pm
Night shifts 7.25pm-7.45am

If you are successful, you will be expected to complete a full two weeks induction upon starting with us and these occur on the first two weeks of every month. If you have to work a notice with your current employer, we recommend you do not hand your notice in until we are able to provide a start date to ensure a smooth transition between companies.
