Full time, 36 hours per week. Night shifts from 19.30 -08.00. Working, three shifts per week as per rota. Fixed nights are not available.A night enhancement of xc2xa31.50 per hour will apply from 8pm to 7am Monday Sunday (this does not apply to sleep-ins). A weekend day enhancement of xc2xa32.00 per hour will be paid from 7am to 8pm, Saturday and Sunday.Hill House rated "Good" by CQC is 24 bed care home with nursing, located in Sandbach, Cheshire. Our home supports adults with physical and learning disabilities.We would really love to hear from you if you have sound nursing skills, committed to a person-centred approach and an understanding of safeguarding requirements.Would you like to join our great team, supporting our values and ethos, continuing the fantastic work that we do in making a positive impact on the lives of people with a disability?As a Registered Nurse with Leonard Cheshire, you will be responsible and accountable for providing the highest standards of nursing, clinical and personal support to our customers as outlined Person Centred Plans. You will order and administer medication, ensure safe storage and record all information in accordance with internal procedures and NMC guidelines.Effectively leading a team of support staff, you will ensure the smooth and efficient management of the shift. You will prioritise and plan, delegating relevant activities for the support team, ensuring the needs of our customers are met within a safe and caring environment.You will support ongoing assessments, observing any changes in health and well-being. You will ensure that records are maintained in a timely way and support customers with physical care, personal hygiene needs and daily tasks.This is a challenging yet exciting opportunity, offering the chance to grow and develop as a member of the Leonard Cheshire team, making a difference to so many lives, to enjoy independence and fulfilment.To be successful in this role you will have:

• Current NMC registration as a Registered Nurse.
• A thorough and up-to-date knowledge of nursing theory and best practice at the level of a qualified nurse (level 5).
• An understanding of the NMC code of conduct and relevant practice standards and guidance.
• Effective nursing practice in all basic registered nurse procedures.
• Flexibility to work rostered hours and on-call rota as required.
