Location: Petworth, GU28

Shift Pattern: Full-Time Nights

Salary: 22.50 per hour + Paid Breaks

### About the Role:

We're seeking an experienced RGN to join our dedicated night team at a well-established nursing home in Petworth (GU28). This is an excellent opportunity for nurses with substantial care home experience to deliver exceptional elderly care during night shifts, with competitive pay and a supportive work environment.

### Key Responsibilities:

? Provide high-quality clinical care in line with NMC standards

? Safely manage medication rounds and treatments

? Work autonomously during night shifts with strong clinical judgement

? Collaborate with the Deputy Manager to ensure resident wellbeing

? Maintain accurate care plans and medical records

? Ensure compliance with CQC guidelines and home policies

### ? Essential Requirements:

? Valid NMC Pin (RGN) - current registration

? Minimum 5 years' experience as an RGN

? Substantial nursing home experience

? Proven competency in medication administration

? Ability to work full-time night shifts

### Desirable Skills:

- Specialism in dementia care

- Additional training in elderly care needs

- Experience mentoring healthcare assistants
