Overview


We are seeking a a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse looking to make a real difference in a care home setting? We are recruiting on behalf of one of our valued clients for a Registered Nurse to join their friendly team in the Oxford area. Key Responsibilities:



Deliver high standards of person-centred nursing care to residents in line with their individual care plans Complete and regularly review assessments, risk evaluations, and personalised care plans for each resident Administer medication, manage wound care, and oversee clinical interventions as required Lead, supervise, and support care staff, ensuring best practices and compliance with NMC standards Liaise with residents' families and other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic care Maintain accurate records and documentation for all residents Contribute to staff training, inductions, and ongoing professional development Promote dignity, choice, and independence for all residents Respond effectively to changes in residents' conditions and escalate concerns appropriately

Requirements:



Registered Nurse with valid NMC PIN (RGN, RMN, or RNLD) Previous experience in a care home or similar setting is desirable but not essential Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team and lead by example Compassionate, reliable, and committed to delivering high-quality care
