Registered Nurse (RGN / RMN / RNLD) Required for Night Shifts near Winchester, Hampshire - \xc2\xa321.12 - \xc2\xa323.12 per hour (DoE).

Full Time Position

Beautiful, Homely, Purpose Built Nursing Home based near Winchester, Hampshire provides Care and Support to people with Physical Disabilities, Cerebral Palsy, MS, Brain Injury and Complex Care Issues.

As a Registered Nurse you will be responsible and accountable for providing the highest standards of Nursing, Clinical and personal support. Have the ability to lead a team of Support Workers to ensure the smooth and efficient management of each shift. Prioritise, plan and delegate care and activities duties to the support team.

You will be responsible in assessing residents, administering medication, updating care plans and most importantly you will have strong leadership skills.

Ideal Applicant for the Registered Nurse (RGN / RMN / RNLD) role

• Be a Registered Nurse with current registration PIN
• You must have strong clinical skills
• Knowledge of CQC and NMC Guidelines
• Participate in supervisions, staff meetings and training activities
• Liaise with GP\xe2\x80\x99s, Social Workers and family members
