Job Title: RGN Staff Nurse - Nights - Nursing Home - New Milton BH25

Location: New Milton, BH25

Shift Pattern: Full-Time Nights (36 hours/week, 3 nights per week)

Salary: 20.00 per hour

### About the Role:

We're seeking an experienced Registered General Nurse (RGN) to join our dedicated night team at a well-established nursing home in New Milton (BH25). This is a full-time night position (3 nights weekly), perfect for nurses who excel in autonomous environments while delivering exceptional elderly care.

### Key Responsibilities:

? Provide high-quality clinical nursing care in line with NMC standards

? Safely administer and manage medication rounds

? Take shift charge during night shifts, ensuring resident safety

? Work collaboratively with the Deputy Manager and care team

? Maintain accurate care plans and clinical documentation

? Adhere to CQC guidelines and infection control protocols

### Essential Requirements:

? Valid NMC Pin (RGN) - current and in good standing

? Minimum 3 years' post-qualification experience

? At least 1 year's nursing home experience (UK-based)

? Right to work in the UK (documentation required)

? Proven ability to work autonomously on night shifts

? Strong medication management skills

### Desirable Skills:

- Experience with dementia care

- Additional training in elderly care specialties

- Mentorship experience
