Job Title: RMN Staff Nurse - Mental Health - Yorkshire LS6 (Days & Nights)

Location: Leeds (LS6), Yorkshire

Hours: Full-Time (37.5hrs) - Flexible Days & Nights

Salary: 31,900 - 37,455 per annum (DOE)

### About the Role:

We're seeking an experienced Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN/RNLD) to join our specialist team in Leeds (LS6). This is an exciting opportunity to deliver high-quality mental health care in a supportive environment, with flexible full-time hours across days and nights.

### Key Responsibilities:

? Provide evidence-based mental health nursing care in line with NMC standards

? Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and implement care plans

? Administer and manage medication rounds safely

? Deliver therapeutic interventions and emotional support

? Work effectively within a multidisciplinary team

? Maintain accurate clinical documentation

### ? Essential Requirements:

? Valid NMC Pin (RMN/RNLD) - current registration

? Minimum 3 years' post-qualification experience in mental health settings

? Proven ability to work autonomously during shifts

? Strong medication management skills

? Flexibility to work both days and nights

### Desirable Skills:

- Experience in specialist mental health areas

- Additional training in therapeutic interventions

- Mentorship qualification
