Location: West Sussex, BN6

Hours: Full-Time/Part-Time (Flexible Days & Nights)

Salary: 36,176 - 38,596 per annum (DOE) + Enhancements

### About the Role:

We're seeking a compassionate Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN/RNLD) to join our specialist team in West Sussex (BN6). This flexible role offers the opportunity to deliver outstanding mental health care in a supportive environment, with full or part-time hours across days and nights.

### Key Responsibilities:

? Provide evidence-based mental health nursing care in line with NMC standards

? Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and implement care plans

? Administer and manage medication rounds safely

? Deliver therapeutic interventions and emotional support

? Work effectively within a multidisciplinary team

? Maintain accurate clinical documentation

### ? Essential Requirements:

? Valid NMC Pin (RMN/RNLD) - current registration

? Minimum 3 years' post-qualification experience in mental health settings

? At least 1 year's experience in mental health nursing

? Proven ability to work autonomously during shifts

? Flexibility to work both days and nights

### Desirable Skills:

- Experience in specialist mental health areas

- Additional training in therapeutic interventions

- Mentorship qualification
