Job Title: RGN Registered Nurse - Nights - Care Home - Chippenham SN15

Location: Chippenham, SN15

Shift Pattern: Full-Time Nights

Salary: Up to 22.25/hour (DOE) + Paid Breaks

### About the Role:

We're seeking an experienced RGN to join our dedicated night team at a well-established care home in Chippenham (SN15). This is an excellent opportunity for nurses with substantial care home experience to take on a rewarding night shift position with competitive pay and benefits.

### Key Responsibilities:

? Deliver exceptional clinical nursing care in compliance with NMC standards

? Manage all aspects of medication rounds and treatments

? Provide person-centered care to elderly residents

? Work autonomously during night shifts with clinical confidence

? Maintain accurate care plans and medical records

? Ensure CQC compliance and adhere to care home policies

### ? Essential Requirements:

? Valid NMC Pin (RGN) - current and in good standing

? Minimum 5 years' experience as an RGN

? At least 4 years' care home experience

? Proven expertise in medication management

? Ability to work full-time night shifts

### Desirable Skills:

- Specialization in dementia care

- Additional training in elderly care specialties

- Experience mentoring junior staff
