Location: Bournemouth, BH11

Hours: Full-Time (36-48 hours per week) - Day Shifts

Salary: 22.60 - 23.55 per hour + Paid Breaks

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) to join our dedicated team at a premium nursing home in Bournemouth (BH11). This full-time days position offers an excellent opportunity for nurses passionate about delivering outstanding elderly care in a supportive environment.

### Key Responsibilities:

? Deliver exceptional clinical nursing care in compliance with NMC standards

? Manage medication rounds and treatment administration

? Work autonomously during day shifts with strong clinical judgement

? Collaborate with the Deputy Manager to ensure person-centered care

? Maintain accurate care plans and medical records

? Uphold CQC guidelines and best practice protocols

### ? Essential Requirements:

? Valid NMC Pin (RGN or RMN) - current registration

? Minimum 3 years' experience as a Staff Nurse

? Proven nursing home experience

? Excellent medication management skills

? Ability to work full-time hours (36-48 hrs/week)

### Desirable Skills:

- Experience with dementia care

- Additional training in elderly care specialties

- Mentorship qualification
