- Can provide professional and clinical leadership, support and guidance, ensuring the planning and delivery of care is safe and effective
- Can delegate and plan your workload well
- Ensure that the main priority and concern is for the patient
- Work according to the NMC code of professional conduct and relevant professional guidelines
- Have effective communication and uphold the highest standard of care at all times
- Recognise and respond well to emergencies
- Ensure all records regarding patients are documented accurately and reviewed and updated regularly.
