The home is divided into three units over two floors. The Hillview Unit on the ground floor provides general nursing care for patients. The Bellview and Coastview Units on the ground floor provide care for patients with dementia.The RoleWithin this role you will be required to undertake and manage all aspects of resident\xe2\x80\x99s care through the assessing, planning and evaluating of the care needs of each individual.Main Responsibilities

• Delivering person centred care to each resident
• Assess and monitor the physical health of residents within care plans ensuring all CPA and risk assessment documentation is up to date
• To offer support and supervise all care staff or new recruits
• Ensure effective communication of any concerns relating to resident care
• Complying with relevant regulatory and statutory requirements

You will need:

• Valid UK NMC pin
• A right to work in the UK
• Minimum of 6 months nursing experience
• Access NI clearance
