Compass Associates are extremely proud to be working with an award-winning Private Surgical Hospital, located in Aberdeen, who offer a range of specialities including orthopaedic, breast, gastroenterology, gynaecology and general surgery. At present, they are looking for a Registered Nurse to join their team of staff in the Wards department. This is a full-time role consisting of 37.5 hours a week across a flexible shift pattern.

The Candidate
As a Staff Nurse, you will deliver care that promotes patient health, assess, implement and evaluate to deliver centric patient care. You are responsible for safeguarding children and vulnerable adults, creating and keeping excellent clinical records of patient care.

Role Requirements
\xe2\x80\x93 Fully qualified RGN
\xe2\x80\x93 NMC registered
\xe2\x80\x93 Surgical experience
\xe2\x80\x93 Strong interpersonal skills
\xe2\x80\x93 Excellent communication skills
\xe2\x80\x93 Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team
