We are seeking a dedicated RMN to join our acute mental health service in Attleborough. This role offers the opportunity to work with adults experiencing complex mental health conditions in our modern, purpose-built facility.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments Develop and implement personalised care plans Administer and monitor psychotropic medications Lead on risk assessment and crisis management Supervise and mentor junior staff members Participate in clinical governance activities
Essential Requirements:
Valid NMC registration as RMN Minimum 1 year post-qualification experience Sound knowledge of Mental Health Act 1983 Experience with risk assessment tools Ability to work rotational shifts
