Compass Associates is thrilled to be working with one of the leading providers of Private Mental Health and Wellbeing services in the United Kingdom. This Private Healthcare company takes a fresh approach to providing outstanding treatment to their service users, whether they be NHS beds or privately sponsored patients. This guarantees that the individual is at the centre of all they do and the care they provide. Together we are headhunting for Registered Mental Health Nurses (RMN) for their dedicated Rehabilitation service in Hemel Hempstead which caters for Adults who present with enduring mental health concerns such as Schizophrenia and Bipolar, while being known the field of providing specialist care for patients who suffer from neurological conditions such as Brain Injury and Alzheimer\'s and have had their mental health impacted because of such diagnosis.

Requirements

\xe2\x80\x93 Valid NMC Registration and hold a background in RMN nursing
\xe2\x80\x93 A minimum of 31 years\' post qualification experience
\xe2\x80\x93 Experience of working within a Mental Health or Elderly environment

Location

Hemel Hempstead is centrally positioned around Hertfordshire, with the A41 and M1 providing excellent transport links throughout Watford, Luton, Reading and Harlow.

Salary and Benefits

This Ward Manager position offers a competitive salary of between \xc2\xa334,900 and a \xc2\xa33,000 Welcome Bonus. It also offers an industry leading benefit package of;
