Daisy Homecare is a brand new domiciliary care provider based in Portsmouth. We're fully focused on person-centred, high-quality home care -- and we're looking for an ambitious, compassionate, and motivated Registered Manager to help us build something special from the ground up.

You'll be joining at the earliest stage of our journey -- with full support from the company director and operational flexibility as we build our client base together. This is a unique opportunity to:

What You'll Be Responsible For

As Registered Manager at Daisy Homecare, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping how our service runs -- from day one. Your responsibilities will include:

Leading and managing the delivery of safe, person-centred homecare services Ensuring compliance with CQC regulations and supporting inspection preparation Supporting recruitment, induction, and ongoing supervision of care staff Creating and maintaining care plans and conducting needs assessments Liaising with families, healthcare professionals, and the local authority Keeping accurate records, incident logs, audits and reports Promoting a culture of dignity, respect and continuous improvement

You'll need to bring:

A completed Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (or equivalent) Experience as a senior carer or team leader in domiciliary or residential care Passion, emotional intelligence, and excellent communication skills Willingness to be registered with the CQC as the Registered Manager

Desirable (but not essential):

Experience dealing with the CQC, audits, or compliance Knowledge of rota planning, assessments, and care plan management

Please note:

This role is pending CQC registration which may take several months. You'll be fully supported through the process and there is no pressure to leave your current role immediately unless you wish to.

Pay: 30,000.00-35,000.00 per year
