Non-Stop Care is currently working with a private company in the East Midlands that\xe2\x80\x99s looking for a Qualified Social Worker with Looked After Children experience who is looking to step up into management and join their Residential Home Service.

This Company has just been awarded Good by Ofsted due to the high quality of care provided to the children in their service, meaning you\xe2\x80\x99ll have the satisfaction of knowing you are making a positive change to your community of service users.

This role will give you the chance to promote the welfare of vulnerable children and young people, while having excellent opportunities for professional development, meaning you\xe2\x80\x99ll be given the chance to further your career into management and develop your leadership skills.

Requirements;

• Hold a Social Work England recognized qualification in Social Work or similar
• Accepting qualified social worker applicants \xe2\x80\x93 no management experience required
• Ability to approach children in care cases from a different perspective desirable
• Experience working with Children Looked after essential
• Full driving license with unrestricted access to your own car
• Disclosure and Barring Service check
• In-depth knowledge of all relevant legislation pertaining to children\xe2\x80\x99s services as well as publications
• A willingness to learn and develop as a social worker/social work professional
