As a Registered Manager, you will be responsible for upholding the client\xe2\x80\x99s reputation as a provider of excellent care,to ensure that foster carers receive the best possible support. Each of their local offices are rated by Ofsted as \xe2\x80\x98Outstanding\xe2\x80\x99, demonstrating a strong commitment to ensuring the highest standard of services.
Responsibilities
- Leading and managing the team of Social Workers to deliver an excellent service
- Ensuring the provision of high-quality care for Looked After Children in line with legislative requirements and regulatory standards
- Work closely with local authorities in order to ensure stability and support for each child placed and achieving the best possible outcomes through high quality care.
- Qualification as a Social Worker
- Experience in managing teams of social workers
- Management qualification or tangible experience
- Competitive salary package up to \xc2\xa356,000 annually depending on experience
