Job Description

We are seeking a Registered Manager with a domiciliary care background to lead a high-quality service. The company has a strong reputation, happy clients, and a dedicated staff team, but compliance and structure require improvement. This role offers an exciting opportunity to turn around CQC ratings and drive service development.
Key Responsibilities of a Registered Manager:

• Overseeing 24 care staff, an administrator, and a care coordinator
• Ensuring compliance, quality assurance, and service improvement
• Managing a service delivering 500 care hours per week
• Supporting a staff-focused culture with strong teamwork
• Driving business development and maintaining an excellent client track record

Registered Manager Requirements:

• Proven experience in community care
• Strong leadership and compliance skills
• Ability to engage and motivate staff while ensuring high-quality care delivery
• Flexibility and commitment - ideal for those balancing family life
• A passion for service improvement and business growth
