We are now seeking an experienced and motivated
Registered Care at Home Manager
to help us build on this success and lead our service to even greater heights.
Role Overview:
As Registered Manager, you will be responsible for the operational management of our care at home service, ensuring it meets all regulatory standards and delivers exceptional outcomes for the people we support.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, manage and inspire a high-performing care team.
Ensure full compliance with
Care Inspectorate
regulations and
National Care Standards
.
Support, supervise, and develop staff to maintain SSSC registration requirements.
Carry out comprehensive care assessments, support planning, and risk management.
Build strong relationships with local authorities, NHS teams, and the community.
Manage service budgets and ensure efficient resource allocation.
Continually promote a culture of quality improvement and innovation.
Requirements:
Eligible to register as a Manager with the Care Inspectorate.
SVQ Level 4 or 5 in Health and Social Care/Leadership and Management (or working towards).
Registered (or able to register) with the
Scottish Social Services Council (SSSC)
.
Proven experience in managing a care at home or community care service.
Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
A commitment to person-centred, outcomes-focused care.
Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle.
