Registered Manager - Supported Living
Salary of \xc2\xa345,000pa
Okehampton, Launceston
Looking for experienced Registered Manager to join a fast growing and well known organisation that supports people with Learning Difficulties, Autism and Mental Diagnosis.
You will head a service with great facilities such as a large hydrotherapy pool, extensive grounds with sensory areas, based near the border of Cornwall; few miles from Launceston. It is a group of cottages in its` own grounds, residential setting for people with severe Autism/Learning Disabilities. Currently having 15 in care, some are living alone, some in shared cottages across the site. Capacity will ultimately increase overtime.
You must have experience in managing services for autism, complex needs, some behaviours of concern. The ideal candidate will have experience of multi-site management and will have held registration with CQC. Your team will include Team leader/s, then support workers and the support of the Head of Operations and by Care Homes Operations Manager.
You need experience as:
- Dual Registered Manager
- Supported Living and Residential Setting
- LV5
- Previous record of working with Autism/Learning Disabilities/PB/ Complex Needs
- You will have Perkbox access and 20days annual leave + 8 Bank Holidays
